    Marci is exactly right. That’s the Denver Newspaper Agency building in the background, housing the Denver Compost and the Rotten Mountain Noise. The gray wall with plants on top of it between Turkey Trotsky and the Denver Noisepaper Agency building is the Broadway perimeter wall of the Civic Center bus station roof/plaza.
